My Top Three YA Romance Books
For many years, young adult romance books have been a popular genre. These books are intended for adolescent and adult readers who are interested in the complexities of love, relationships, and sexuality. They frequently feature characters in their late teens or early twenties who are dealing with the difficulties of growing up and falling in love.
A young adult romance novel with plenty of drama and angst
is my favorite. I'm aware that some young adult books can come across as cheesy
and unrealistic. However, if you want to dip your toes into YA romance, I recommend
curling up with these YA romance books.
"Paper Princess" is a young adult novel that
follows the story of Ella Harper, a 17-year-old girl who has just lost her
mother to cancer. After her mother's death, Ella is left alone and struggles
to make ends meet. That is until Callum Royal, a wealthy businessman, and her
mother's friend, appears out of nowhere and takes her under his wing.
Callum decides to become Ella's legal guardian and takes her
to live with him and his five sons in their luxurious mansion. However, things
quickly become complicated when Ella realizes that Callum's sons are not very
welcoming and that they go to a prestigious private school where she doesn't
fit in.
As Ella tries to adjust to her new life, she is also drawn
into a world of secrets, lies, and danger. She becomes entangled in a web of
blackmail, betrayal, and forbidden romance, and she must fight to survive and
protect herself and the people she loves.
"Fallen Crest High" revolves around Samantha, a
high school student who is forced to move in with her mother's new husband and
his two sons, Mason and Logan. As Samantha tries to navigate her new life at
Fallen Crest High, she becomes entangled in a web of lies, secrets, and power
struggles between the school's elite group of students.
This book appeals to fans of young adult romance who enjoy
stories with a darker, edgier tone and plenty of high school drama.
A Million Kisses in Your Lifetime by Monica Murphy
If you're looking for a good girl, bad boy young adult romance, this is the book for you. A million kisses in your lifetime is a swoon-worthy story of young love. This story is set at Lancaster Prep, where Wren is a typical good girl who catches the attention of Crew an elite boy. This is a slightly angsty, drama-filled teen romance. The spice did not let me down.
